Dr. Amanda Denton
Middle School Girls Minister at The Church at LifePark
Dr. Amanda Denton serves as the Middle School Girls Minister at The Church at LifePark in Charleston, South Carolina, a role she has faithfully held for the past eight years. With over two decades of student ministry experience, Amanda is passionate about helping students grow in their faith through knowing and understanding God’s Word. She holds both a master’s and a doctorate in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, as well as a degree in Communication Studies from Clemson University. In addition to her ministry work, Amanda is an adjunct professor at Charleston Southern University, where she teaches Ministry to Women courses. Amanda is married to her husband, Jonathan, and they are proud parents of two boys—one in middle school and one in high school. She loves spending time with her family, investing in students, sipping a fountain Diet Coke, and spending time with her two cats.
