• Submit a picture of your passport within two weeks of your registration here.
• Second payment of $2100 due December 1, 2024.
• Final payment of remaining balance due on March 1, 2025.
• Any registration not paid in full by this day will incur a $25 late fee. You have the following options for your registration payments:
  • Paper Checks: You can mail these to our office. Checks must be received within ten days of registration.
  • Credit Cards: You can use AMEX, VISA, MC, or Discover. A 2.24% transaction fee will be add to all credit card payments at checkout.

CHECKLIST TO COMPLETE 93 DAYS BEFORE YOU ATTEND - MARCH 1, 2025:

• Note any dietary restriction on your account if you registered as a single or by clicking here if you registered as part of a group.
• Domestic Flight Information
• If you booked your international flight separately from SLU, we still need your international flight information in order to confirm your meet up location on the arrival day.
