WHAT SLU WILL PROVIDE:
- Conference programming and speakers
- SLU 101 experience with 10+ sessions and conference materials
- Dedicated SLU program team member for pre-conference planning in partnership with the host site event coordinator
- An on-site events team to run conference logistics
- Conference marketing support
WHAT HOST SITE WOULD PROVIDE:
- Venue space to host students for sessions, meals and fun activities
- Event Coordinator to lead host site logistics in partnership with the SLU program staff
- A production team to work alongside SLU to run the event
- A team of volunteers to support day of event - meals, merch, registration
- Host site would need to decide if this event is:
- Closed - only available to their youth group with a minimum of 200 attendees
- Open - available across their city with a minimum of 350 attendees
