Daniel VanHoozer
SLU Creative Director
Daniel joined Student Leadership University in 2026 as Creative Director after attending both 101 and 201 in high school. He has a passion for helping others realize their own potential and collaborating together to create amazing work for God’s kingdom.
Born in Atlanta, he graduated from the University of Georgia as a Master of Arts in 2021 before moving to New York, working in creative and entertainment industries prior to serving at SLU. He has had the blessing and privilege to carry the banner of God’s glory in arenas such as Wall Street and the World Cup Final. He aims to be a leader in every area of his life and has a strong desire to help others realize the call to service and leadership.
As a husband and father, Daniel leads his household of Ana, Cecilia, and Thomas. They are expecting another addition to the family in Fall of 2026 and look forward to the call of adoption God has put on their hearts. As a family, they love getting outdoors, watching futebol, and having a Brazilian churrasco together with friends. In his downtime, Daniel can be caught reading, running, or watching the Bulldogs.
