For over 45 years, Dr. Jay Strack has helped students, leaders, and organizations across America and the Middle East unlock their potential through relational leadership and Biblical wisdom. Dr. Strack’s leadership is acclaimed at the highest levels, from addressing the NBA All-Star Chapel at Madison Square Garden to speaking to Fortune 500 companies, NASA, and the U.S. Air Force Academy. He served in national faith initiatives under First Lady Nancy Reagan, President George W. Bush, and President Donald Trump. Author of 20 books, including The Power of One, and editor of three Bibles, Dr. Strack continues to equip individuals with the wisdom and tools they need to lead with integrity.
His journey wasn’t always one of success. Before the age of 17, Jay was trapped in a cycle of abuse, drug use, and addiction. Through God’s grace, he broke free, and his story of overcoming – “There’s Always a Way”– has since inspired more than 10 million people in high schools, colleges, churches, prisons, and beyond.
As the founder of Student Leadership University (SLU), he has pioneered innovative edutainment training by blending education with behind-the-scenes access to global influencers. SLU and YPS equip students and their leadership with confidence, character, and a sure Biblical worldview.
Whether mentoring the next generation or speaking to world leaders, Dr. Strack’s mission remains to help others rise above circumstance and challenge and step into a future of purpose. His utmost legacy, however, is his family—his wife Diane, their daughters Missy and Chris, and six beloved grandchildren.
