PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- Complete registration by submitting your $10 deposit per person.
- The final balance must be paid 45 days prior to event.
- Balance not paid by this date will incur a $25 late fee.
- Paper Checks: You can mail these to our office. Checks must be received within ten days of registration.
- Credit Cards: You can use AMEX, VISA, MC, or Discover. A 2.24% transaction fee will be add to all credit card payments at checkout.

- For those traveling from out of town - Book your hotel.
- Hotel recommendations are listed on your city-specific event page.
