PAYMENT INFORMATION
- Complete registration by submitting your $500 deposit per person.
- Final payment- due on March 6, 2023.
- Any registration not paid in full by this day will incur a $25 late fee. You have the following options for your registration payments:
- Paper Checks: You can mail these to our office. Checks must be received within ten days of registration.
- Credit Cards: You can use AMEX, VISA, MC, or Discover. A 2.24% transaction fee will be add to all credit card payments at checkout.

CHECKLIST TO COMPLETE 90 DAYS BEFORE YOU ATTEND - MARCH 6, 2023:
- Complete your rooming list.
- Note any dietary restriction on your account if you registered as a single or by clicking here if you registered as part of a group.
- Domestic Flight Information
- If you booked your international flight separately from SLU, we still need your international flight information in order to confirm your meet up location on the arrival day.

- IMPORTANT: Covid-19 Requirements Currently it is believed that proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test could be a requirement for international travel and country entry for non-residents in at least one of the border crossings during this trip. Please note: this is not a requirement of SLU, but is a government requirement of where we are traveling. You are signing up for this trip knowing that is a possibility. If you are unable meet this requirement before the trip, you will still be subject to the terms of the cancellation policy.
