SLU 301 2025

Registration for SLU 301 opened at 9 AM Eastern on September 24, 2024. Once live, you can click on the links below to begin your registration.   Before you begin, you will need to have the flight choice and full legal name and date of birth for each attendee.

SLU 301 2025 REGISTRATION OPTIONS

You have two options for registering you and your students for SLU 301. Either is fine with us – we just want you to be able to do what is best and easiest for you. Either option below will ensure your groups are put on the same bus and in the same hotel as long as you fill in the same group name during registration.

• Register as one Group via our online form: This means your church/organization is paying SLU for everyone in your group. You can only register this way through our online form. You will need to download and fill out the group registration spreadsheet completely for each member of your group and submit in the provided portal. Please note that you will be held accountable for the registration terms if you register this way (even though you don’t “sign” the terms as you do on our registration site).
• Register Individual or as a Family in our portal: Use this if your group is paying separately. We can still keep your group together on the same bus and at the same hotel, but you don’t have to handle the payments as a group. Just have your students enter the same group name when prompted so we know to keep you together.
  • IMPORTANT FOR FAMILIES:  Here are two details if is the first time you have registered as a family (meaning you registered under your school or church for 101 and 201):
    • Registrations must be set up under accounts of someone at least 18 years old.  If a 17-year-old tries to register themselves under their own account, the system knows they are not 18 and will not allow them to complete registration.  So basically, a parent will need to create a new account under your name and then you will need to call our office or email us at [email protected] so we can add your student (who already exists in our system) to your newly created family account.
    • You can create a family account here.   Then just call our office at 888.260.2900 ext. 20 so we can complete the next step of adding your student to your account.   Your child already has a profile in our system since they have attended SLU 101 and 201, so it won’t allow duplicates if they just try to add your student again.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO REGISTER:

• A deposit of $500 to secure your registration (this is per person, not per group).   An additional $750 is due February 21, 2025, and the remaining balance will be due April 21, 2025. We recommend you paying the deposit via credit card rather than mailing a check because your spot is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
• Decide which flight you want. You don’t have to all be on the same flight, but I know that most groups prefer this.  It is on a first come, first serve basis, so here are my tips:

• • We have flights out of several airports, but if you want the flight out of Atlanta, you will need to be ready to register as soon as we open the trip as it goes quickly.
  • If you choose to book your own flight, make sure you can get a flight in no later than 8 AM on July 21, 2025 (our flights depart the US the evening of July 20^th and arrive in London the morning of July 21^st).   A lot of people who book their own flight come in early, and we think this is a great idea – it helps you adjust to the time change.   If you choose this, know SLU can get you a rate at our Heathrow hotel at $200 per night (this is for two people in a room and includes breakfast).
  • Let your group know that while a passport is not required for registration, we recommend that if they do not have one, they should apply for one immediately.  Do not let them wait on this.  You can learn more by clicking here.
